- EAC Scholarship Programme; In 2018, IUCEA entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kreditanstalt Für Wiederaufbau (German Development Bank – KFW) geared towards the training of students within the East African Community, the eventual goal being to enhance Leadership to Foster Regional Integration. This goal will be partly achieved through the establishment of academic collaboration and an exchange programme between universities within the EAC region, by having students cross from their countries to study in other countries within the region.
