The 2023/2024 Student Governing Council is on a two day induction workshop to prepare them to fully take charge as they work towards fulfilling their manifestos.The importance of this workshop is to equip the leaders with the requisite knowledge and channels of communication on how to work hand in hand with the management for the overall good of the student community. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Eng. Shitanda in his opening remarks, pledged the managements support to the student leaders. He also reminded them that they are first students before being leaders. Their studies should always come first. The students got a chance to interact with member of staff from the Legal, Finance and Administration sections and learn how everything works.
