Once a corruption case is reported, thorough investigation shall be conducted by the corruption prevention committee. Depending on the scope of the case, the University management will assist in determining who should handle the laid investigation. Corruption cases deliberated upon and supported by cogent evidence or reasonable suspicion that a corruption offence has occurred or is about to occur should be reported to EACC or other law enforcement agencies for further action.
